A man dragged a woman from her car then stamped on her head before brutally beating her unconscious. Brutal Attack:
The thug reportedly launched the vicious roadside attack because the female driver who allegedly cut him up on the motorway 'scared his wife and child.'
The thug reportedly pursued Lu Yang, 28, for miles before forcing her to pull up.
Forcing her to the side of the road in Chengdu, capital of southwest China’s Sichuan Province, he then proceeded to dish out a savage beating because of the woman's alleged bad driving.
Dashboard camera footage shows how he had leapt out of his vehicle and tried to attack her through the window.
Eventually, he wrenches the car door open and drags her out of the vehicle.
The horrific footage shows him then kicking her repeatedly in the head and throwing her around on the ground - leaving her with broken ribs and severe concussion.
She said: "I saw him driving behind me and he was behaving really aggressively, in the end I had no option other than to stop expecting that he would shout at me, but he didn't say a word. He just pulled me out of the car and began beating me."
It is not clear whether the driver with the dashboard camera got involved in the incident, but other motorists do eventually stop and pull the man off.
They then raised the alarm with emergency services and police so that he could be arrested and the woman taken to hospital, according to reports.
Medics said that she would need to be kept in the hospital for at least a week before being released because of the severe concussion that she was suffering from, but are confident that she will make a full recovery.
Police spokesman Hui Sung said: "We are investigating and are looking at footage of the attack and also looking for evidence of the original incident which provoked the attack."
Police arrested motorist Lee Pan, 37, who remains in custody while the investigation continues.
