Be there or be square - or round for that matter.
Owners of these proud pooches are on the quest for doggy paw-fection by having their pets' fur trimmed into the must-have look.
Dog lovers in Taiwan have been swept up by the craze which sees an animal's head fur styled into a straight sides or round do.
The end effect is an eye-catching look which creates the illusion the dog's head is either a square or circular.
The outlandish trend was born and fuelled by social media and now more and more dog owners are posting pics of their made-over pets online to feed the wacky new craze.
Hairdresser Tain Yeh, 42, who runs a parlour in Taipai said: "It came about because people were always looking for more impressive haircuts, and somebody came up with the idea of shaping the dog like a hedge."
Owners are trying to literally out-do each other by posting the pics on the Internet in a bid to get the most 'likes'.
Tain added: "The dogs don't mind, and the owners keep coming back for more. This sort of haircut needs a lot more maintenance then the regular type.
"It is also not suitable for all breeds. The dog needs to have plenty of hair to play around with so that you can shape it around the face and body."
