Chris Brown's probation for his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna finally came to an end, and his face said it all as he appeared overjoyed with the news.
The singer was pictured as he awaited the news in court, showing off a new purple hairstyle and dressing up in a suit for the big day.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James R Brandlin found the singer has completed the terms of his sentence, including community service, domestic violence counseling and rehab.
He admitted the assault on Rihanna after the 2009 Grammy Awards, and has been under close scrutiny since as he completes his community service.
Taking to Twitter today, he wrote: IM OFF PROBATION!!!!!!!! Thank the Lord!!!!!!

Since the assault, Brown has spent two-and-a-half months in
jail after hitting a man outside a Washington hotel in 2013, violating
the terms of his probation at the time.It was no doubt a surprise to many to see the musician walk free, after what was reportedly a poor report from his probation officer.
But according to US site TMZ, they performed a U-turn before today's hearing, and submitted a glowing report about his progress on the program.
