Ellen and wife Portia de Rossi promised to stay together in sickness and health — and apparently that means a rehab stay too.
After de Rossi reportedly spent 30 days in rehab earlier this year many speculated the couple were headed for a split, but RadarOnline.com has learned the couple is making it work despite reports of de Rossi’s addiction struggle.
“Ellen is very supportive of Portia and has no intentions of leaving her,” a source close to DeGeneres tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
“Portia is her world,” the source adds. “Ellen is controlling of Portia … but she is always talking about how lucky she is to have such a beautiful wife.”
Now, things are definitely looking up for the couple. As Radar reported, they just purchased a new love nest together in Beverly Hills.
“They love working on a home together,”
And speaking of work, de Rossi recently booked an arc on Season Four of the hit series, Scandal.
“So annoying when people brag on twitter & that’s why I’m not tweeting that Portia just signed on to do a top secret arc on ‘Scandal,’” proud wife DeGeneres tweeted. “Oops.”
