These are the heartbreaking letters written by an eight-year-old girl who would be killed by her own mum.
Today mother Polly Chowdhury and her lover Kiki Muddar were found guilty of the manslaughter of Ayesha Ali after a shocking campaign of abuse.
Police have released the letters, after the twisted pair were convicted by a jury by 10-2.
In the letter, Ayesha wrote: "...I'm not just letting myself down but I am letting my family and Kiki down as well.
"It's the weekend today and most of my friend are probably having a laugh, watching telly, where as I am just sitting here making notes.
"I have learned while I am sitting here that I have to change!
"I WILL CHANGE, NO MATTER WHAT! If I be rude then nobody will like me! Being thought bad, naughty and mean it's getting to be very upsetting.
"I don't like hurting other people's feelings. I don't know how I make myself do these things!
"I hate getting punishments so I'm gonna make sure I change."
Detectives have also released a naughty list the young girl wrote about all the things she had 'done wrong'.
These included 'not putting my shoes in the right place', 'pulling faces' and 'huffing and puffing'.
The court heard how 35-year-old Chowdhury and 43-year-old Muddar subjected the girl to sustained abuse, both physical and mental, in the months leading up to her death.
Muddar - who had worked her way into Chowdhury's affections - invented two characters which she used to manipulate her and her lover's relationship with Ayesha.
London Ambulance Service was called to the family home on August 28 by Muddar saying Chowdhury had cut her wrists.
When they arrived they found Ayesha's lifeless body on her bedroom floor and it was clear she had been dead for some time.
A post-mortem examination subsequently revealed Ayesha had 56 separate injuries to her body including a bite mark on her shoulder and fresh bruising on her head, body and limbs.
When paramedics spoke to Muddar at the scene she showed no concern for Ayesha, stating: "Ayesha is always naughty".
She then added: "She was a naughty child and mum thought she was possessed by the devil."
Chowdhury and Muddar, both of Bedwell Court, Broomfield Road, Romford, are due to be sentenced on Friday.
RIP Ayesha
