A 'spiteful and vengeful' bully who threw bleach into a teen model's face, leaving her temporarily blinded and in 'excruciating' pain, was jailed today.
Victoria Smith, 17, who models under the name Toria Melody, temporarily lost her vision in her right eye and suffered agonising burns across her body.
Rebecca Morris, 18, lured the victim to a party, before confronting her at a street junction where she screamed 'here's your shot of bleach.'
Morris believed Victoria's complaints about her bullying had caused her to be suspended from school as she also shouted: "This is for getting me thrown out of college"
The bleach entered into her eyes, mouth and nose, which caused her to violently choke.
The victim was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary, East Yorks, with three of her friends, and left her with permanent damage to her retina.
Following the August attack, Victoria claimed she had not gone to school for more than a year after suffering a seven-year bullying campaign.
At Hull Crown Court today, it was heard how the aspiring model now suffers from flashbacks and panic attacks, and had tried to commit suicide last October.
The 'unprovoked and 'premeditated' attack left Victoria wearing a wig after damage to the front of her hair led her to shave her head.
She was saved from potential blindness when a quick-thinking friend poured PEPSI in her eyes to wash out the bleach.
Morris will carry out her jail term at a Young Offender's Institute.
She was also handed a four-year restraining order against Miss Smith after pleading guilty to applying a corrosive fluid, with intent to burn, maim, disfigure or disable or to do some grievous bodily harm to her in Hull, East Yorks.
