Man Caught Stuffing iPhone Into Sandal To Look Up skirts

Man
A pervert overcame a ban on shoe cameras by stuffing an iPhone into his sandal so he could take pictures up skirts.
Police in Asia have cracked down on the selling and ownership of the illegal devices, but that did not stop one man improvising his own home-made version.

The ban meant that when Wu Qing-Fung, 26, failed to purchase one of cameras he created his own.
He then set off to shopping centres and local train and bus services in south-western Taiwan’s Chiayi City where he controlled the camera shutter remotely using his headset.
But he was spotted when 21-year-old Li Tuan noticed him walking strangely and was suspicious about the fact that he kept trying to stand behind her.
She told police: "I kept turning my back away from him and he kept moving behind me each time I did, and then I felt his foot between my feet, and when I looked down I saw an iPhone clearly visible in his shoe."
Police spokesman Yong Tseng said: "The young woman victim screamed, alerting the attention of other people on the train and together they restrained the man and called for police.
"He was arrested and is currently being held in preventative custody while the case is being looked at.
"Several images of an unsavoury nature were found on his mobile phone, and attempts are being made to identify the victims and look at the circumstances under which they were obtained."
